On June 2nd and June 7th, British student Adam from Shenzhen University gave two excellent authentic ‘British culture’ lectures to our students from Grade Four to Six.

    First, he talked about the Britain's geographical location. Britain is located in Europe, known as the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, is made up of England, Scotland, wales and Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom. Second, he showed vivid videos about the characteristic of the Scottish skirt kilt and Scottish bagpipe, which let us feel really close to the British gentleman style. Then, he shared the Britain's national dish haggis. It was hard to accept it compared with Britain burgers, fries and other food. The students were really excited when they had a chance to enjoy the set of movies about the ‘Harry Potter’ film locations and J.K. Rowling’s Elephant House. For the kids. This is a very inspirational story. In addition, children also enjoyed the famous Big Ben, London Eye, understand the Whiskey, Guinness Beer, Welsh love spoons, Ginger hair, four leaf clover, etc. The British people are especially hospitable. They always welcome people all over the world with open arms. Adam also hoped that the children could have the chance to study and go traveling in the UK in the future.

    We believe that the overseas students into the campus activities can broaden our students' international vision, enhance the international understanding and to a large extent motivate the children to go abroad.
