The schoolmaster Chen Xianping,who is members of the Communist Party of China and as a senior teacher in middle school.Since August 2002 as the schoolmaster of Nanyou primary school, she put forward the "educational in activities, green development" school concept creatively, and did a series of practical exploration which had achieved fruitful results.In August 2014, Chen transferred from Shenzhen Yucai Education Group as No.4 Primary School headmaster,and the Party branch secretary so far. Participated in the Ministry of education of primary school principals advanced training class in national training plan and also participated "the Ministry of education educator-type president" in Peking University’s national traning plan, and she is also as the global education community (International Union for primary education) sponsors.A total of 18 years experience as the schoolmaster, which include four years as a vice president, 14 years president.
Chen Xianping is also a member of the China Education Association, a director of the China Education Experiment Research Association, a consultant for China's western education, a researcher for children's information in China, a member of the Guangdong Province New Curriculum Elementary School Language Teaching Materials Composing Group, a supervisor of the postgraduates outside Shenzhen University, a director of Shenzhen Primary School Chinese Education Association, a executive director of Nanshan District primary school Chinese education , the group leader of the project "primary school language development and innovation" in Nanshan District.
To have the honor of being the project host in The 11th Five-Year Plan, the national scientific research principals, the advanced worker of the national scientific research reform experiment,the national environmental education outstanding teachers, the national primary school language development and innovative education subject research pacesetter individual, outstanding teachers in Guangzhou , the first batch of education and scientific research experts and moderator in, "Chen Xianping studio,"a famous teacher in Shenzhen - as the primary language subject leaders, the first fsession in "Top Ten Young Teachers", the second session in "Top Ten Environmentalists",a famous schoolmaster and "Top Ten women" in Nanshan District.
